Posted by: Suzanne (6/9/2008 11:36pm): hi there just wanted you to know that little Coco made quite a favorable impression today at the nursing home. I carried her in, she has her own pink princess carrying case which has lots of screening so she can look out. she was placed on my mom's lap in the wheelchair and curled up in her lap. everyone on the ward came over to see her, petting her and making Coco feel so special. after 30 minutes I took my mom for a ride down the hallways to the lobby area and Coco just loved being pushed along, she was very comfortable. we went home after an hour visit. I just can't thank you and your children enough for socializing her so well. Coco is just so well adjusted to being held and being patted. she just looked up at everyone who came by and they all fell in love with her. She is going to make a great Pet Therapy kitty. So please let your son and daughter know how much I appreciate them for getting Coco used to lots of commotion and other strangers. she is so calm and docile. Will keep you updated and will send you weekly pix. thanks so much hugs Suzanne

He is just wonderful and delightful and one of the best kitten’s I have ever had the pleasure to live with! His body is getting longer and he has a very healthy appetite. He sleeps with the three dogs much to their dismay. Barney’s is trying to get Mouke (cat) to be his friend but it is not working out at present. I can’t thank you enough for all your guidance and knowledge in making this an easy transition. We all love him and enjoy his daily antics esp. when he chases the dogs around and attacks our legs when we least expect it. He is so funny when he follows us around like the dogs d and runs when we call the dogs to take them out to the bathroom (I have to pick Barney up so he can watch the dogs when they go out; yes I am a little nervous as he is very curious about the outside). He wants to be part of everything we do! Will send pictures when he gets a little bigger and his color deepens.
Blessings
Nancy Weljkovic (Barney’s new mom!)

Hi there here is a pix of Holly today, she is almost 10 weeks old and a real joy in my house. Coco is very sweet and gentle with Holly who follows Coco all over the house and just wants to play all the time. Then they both take a short cat nap and sleep for a while before it begins again. Holly has been to the nursing home twice and I had to put her in a pink harness since she is much more active than Coco ever was. But at the nursing home she is very well behaved and everyone just pets and kisses her. She just loves the residents and staff and I am sure someday she will also be in training like Coco to be a certified Pet Therapy cat. thanks so much for this most beautiful kitty once again. regards suzanne and Holly

Hi Charlotte,
I wanted to send a couple of updated pictures of Oliver to you. He is getting big quick and is quite
playful. My other cat Angel is still not that happy about having him around. As you can see in the
second picture he is as happy as can be sleeping next to her!! He has already learned how to drink
water from our faucet. Angel taught him that. He follows her around like a little puppy and tries to
mimic whatever she does. He lets me know when he wants something even if it is just attention.
I am very happy that I have him, he is such a joy! I will send other pictures as soon as I get my
regular camera back. These pictures are from a phone camera.
Best regards,
Donna Beach
HERE IS COCO GETTING READY FOR HER "PET THERAPY" VISIT, SO CUTE!!!

Hi Charlotte,
I've been meaning to send you some pictures of Felicia for a while, but my camera is broken. I took some pictures on my computer, they're not the best you could have an idea of what a beauty she is!
She is just the sweetest cat I've ever seen. She loves when I brush her! She is not much of a groomer as I don't see her licking her self very often, but maybe is that she prefers for me to brush her. She is definitely not a "lap cat", she prefers for example to lay ON TOP of the keyboard when we're using the computer then on our lap! She loves to be close or on the same level, so she is always seeking ways to be on a higher level. She waits for us on the door when we come home and she runs to the door when we're about to leave, acting as if she wanted to stop us from leaving!

Coco is very big and very calm. we visited the rehab/nursing home on Wed for 2 hours and everyone really enjoyed her, she was so calm. Yesterday for Thanksgiving we took Coco to mom's nursing home and visited mom and a few residents. she had her xmas scarf on and everyone remarked how cute and how big she is now. then we brought her to visit my son's home cause my granddaughter was in bed sick. Coco was so calm and relaxed and so well behaved, even when their 14 yr old orange male cat came over to sniff Coco. they were so surprised that Coco didn't react and stayed in my lap so well. she is very well behaved and well trained for various situations. a real pro for pet therapy. we are graduating on Dec 6th and getting our certificate at a ceremony in Warwick. so please have a nice weekend. hoping you are all feeling much better now and that you all had a nice Thanksgiving Day. regards suzanne

Hi Charlotte! I wanted you to see what a beautiful girl Suki has become. As you know her first birthday will be on the 28th. She has brought some much into our lives, although I must say, being woken up every morning by her batting my face with her big paw is not the most joyous thing! LOL!
Hope all is well with you and your family.
Regards,
Valerie, Daisy, Suki and Baby Hanson

Hi Charlotte, Sorry I have not kept in touch with you. I lost my job last Oct. and I do not have a computer at my house. Also I have been busy trying to find a new one. I have attached a few pictures of Oliver. He is only 8 mos. old in these pictures and has surpassed the weight of 15 lbs. I had him neutered in October. I was wondering if any of your cats were this big at such a young age? He is like a little puppy dog and follows me everywhere. He and my other cat are finally best friends! I just want you to know how much I appreciated your help in becoming the care taker of such a wonderful ragdoll cat as is Oliver. Keep in touch. Best regards, Donna Beach
Hi Charlotte, Here are some recent pictures of Phoebe and her best friend Ruby. She is doing well, we love her.

CHARLOTTE, I HAVE TO TELL YOU WILLY HAS BEEN THE BEST ADDITION TO OUR FAMILY. HE IS SO FUNNY AND HE IS FRESH! HE IS JUST LIKE ONE OF OUR THREE DOGS. HIS FAVORITE IS OUR GERMAN SHEPARD. THE OTHER CATS TOLARATE HIM BUT THEY WOULDN'T MIND IF HE MOVED. THERE ISNT A DAY THAT GOES BY WE DON'T LAUGH AT SOMETHING HE DOES. HE GREETS US WHEN WE COME IN AND HATES TO SEE US LEAVE. HIS FAVORITE TIME IS 4:00AM LET ME TELL YOU HE IS LUCKY HE IS SO CUTE =). Thank You, Stacey
